TERMS OF SERVICE- Take it easy, we'll do whatever revisions are needed. I'll just ask you for time to make them
- Complex characters (that carry many accessories or a complicated design) The cost will be increased a little depending on this.
- Be brief and as clear as possible, my native language is Spanish, I don't know English perfectly.
- The finished commission cannot be edited without notifying me first. (I'll most likely give you access, but I ask for notice of this in case you want to change something by your own.)
- Do not remove my watermark or my signature from my art pieces, nor crop.
- You can do with your commission whatever you want, as long as you don't resell it or profit from it.
- No AI trainingDEADLINES AND DELIVERY

If this is a problem, please contact me and we can change itIf you want to determine a deadline, please let me knowPAYMENT AND COMMERCIAL USE- After discussing and having all the details about the customer's order, the order will not proceed until the customer makes full payment in advance.
- After the client approves the sketch with the concept/idea of what the illustration will become, no refunds of any kind will be allowed.
- You have to send me your paypal email, I only work with invoices.
- If the invoice is not answered within three days, the commission is cancelled. (Unless you let me know why by DM.)
- In the event that a payment of 2 or more installments has been made, the illustration will begin, but the client will not be given the order if he has not paid all the installments.
- I have the right to add fees on throughout the process if unexpected additions to the commission comes up.
- Complex backgrounds, armor, objects, characters, complex or difficult details will have an extra lil cost.
- To avoid unexpected charges, please ensure that your initial order has all information and add-ons that you expect. If things come up that would require additional charges, I will always inform you before I continue. Ultimately, I want to provide the best work possible and make the piece to your liking, but I have to be reasonable about what I can provide.
❖There are two price tiers:➤ 1x price, for non-commercial use, meaning the drawing won't generate you any kind of profit, and is something you wish to have for personal enjoyment (such as icon/avatar for non-profit sites (such as your personal DeviantArt or Twitter), using it as your phone/computer background, or printing it to decorate your room (single copy)). Artworks in this tier will, obligatorily, contain a watermark. Artworks in this tier shall never, under any circumstance, be used for any amount of monetary gain. Breaking this rule may result in legal action.➤ 2x price: commercial use, when the artwork will generate you profit in any way, shape or form, be it indirectly, CD covers, game assets, social media artworks, or directly, such as body pillow, postcard, merchandise, etc. Artworks in this tier can have my watermark removed and sold as merchandise.❖ What is NOT commercial use?
